Our wellness and care services include accommodation, therapy sessions, and supervised activities designed for seniors. Bookings are confirmed upon payment of the applicable fee.

Digital guides are delivered via email or download link after confirmation. Access to materials begins upon delivery.

5. Goods Terms

Physical items are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location.

6. Refund Policy

We offer the following refund guidelines based on the type of purchase:

6.1 Wellness and Care Services

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full fee refund. Requests made between 13 and 7 days before may receive a 50% fee refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 7 days of the service start date. You may reschedule one time without an extra fee if notice is provided at least 7 days in advance.

6.2 Info Products

Digital guides can be refunded within 48 hours of delivery if they have not been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, contact us via our contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days, and funds are provided via the original payment method.

6.3 Goods

Items damaged during transit may be interactioned or refunded if reported within 5 days of receipt. To initiate a claim, contact us with order details and images via our contact form. Replacement or refunded amount is provided once the claim is approved. Shipping cost for approved interactions is covered by SeniorOResort. No refunds for items returned beyond 30 days from delivery date.

Please note that certain premium packages expressly state "no refund" due to their limited availability and resource allocation. This is communicated at the time of booking and requires explicit acknowledgment.

7. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India.
